學生需至少修滿10學分的核心課作為學位課。其中《全球事務》與《中國政治、經濟與社會改革40年》（中國概況課）為必修課；此外，學生還需從領導力課組中選修至少4學分。

體驗式學習
書院提供整合式的體驗學習經歷，包含畢業論文、中國社會實踐、各界領導者的專題講座、主題辯論、領導者成長之路研討等，讓學生有機會綜合在校期間的學習和研究成果，進行項目研究及實踐訓練，與各行業的杰出人士面對面交流，使學生通過與各界領導者的溝通交流，整合最前沿的管理思想、理論和觀點，提升其自身素養和領導力，優化自身的人生和事業規劃。
